The Accra Circuit Court hearing the case against ‘Ekiki Mi’ singer Wisa Greid for gross indecent exposure has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of the singer for failing to meet yet another court date.
The singer was scheduled to appear before the court today (Monday), but as he has done several times during the course of this trial, he failed to turn up.
A Cape Coast based event organiser, Henry Obioha, has accused ‘Ekiki Me’ singer Wisa of swindling him of over Ghc 1,000.
The event promoter said that the singer had taken some money from him to perform a show in Cape Coast, but on the fateful day failed to make an appearance.
‘Ekiki Me’ singer Wisa, who came under heavy condemnation for exposing his manhood during last year’s Decemba 2 Rememba concert, has intimated that he has no regrets for what happened on stage that day.
In an interview with Delay on The Delay Show, the singer said that whilst he would not repeat the action, he has no regrets for what happened that fateful night, on Christmas Eve last year.
‘Ekiki Me’ singer Wisa failed to make his March 22 court date on time, forcing the judge to adjourn the case of indecent exposure against the singer to April 7.
Wisa is on trial for gross indecent exposure, after he showed his p*nis on stage whilst performing during last year’s Decemba 2 Rememba concert.
The case of ‘Ekiki Me’ hitmaker Wisa returned to court Wednesday with the prosecution playing a tape of the singer exposing his genitals on stage during last year’s Decemba 2 Rememba.

Ghana’s most controversial musician-Wanlov Da Kubolor who showed his own manhood on TV has jumped to the defend of Wisa, the rising Ghanaian musician who pulled his dingdong on stage during a performance at a recent concert in Accra.
