That’s because the U.S Government’s Diversity Visa Lottery Program kicks off, precisely at 16:00 GMT.

Looks like Ghanaians are so desperate to escape our own country. Statistics show that Ghana is the sixth highest nation to have visa applications to the United States rejected last year.
65.7% of all visa applications from Ghanaians in fiscal year 2016 – a full two out of three – were denied.
