President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo delivered a national address Thursday night to respond officially to the ongoing discussion surrounding a Ghana-US Military deal.
The hugely unpopular deal, which gives the US military massive privileges, has been condemned by the general public at large and caused unending debate between the two major political parties.
