Ghana was left with pains, sadness and sorrows after one of our prominent citizens who happened to be the former Secretary-General for the United Nations, Mr Kofi Annan was taken away by death.
Mr Annan was in Bern, Switzerland to seek medical care where he died on August 18, 2018.

The passing away of the Ghanaian former United Nations’ Secretary-General, Mr Kofi Annan brought nothing but shock and tears in the eyes of the majority who heard the sad news of his death.
