According to veteran Lawyer, Samuel Okudzeto, who is also a staunch Christian and often a Preacher, he doesn’t pay tithe to anyone for his good reasons.
The 82-year-old man said paying such dues to churches and Pastors is a thing of the Old Testament concept which is being used to extort people as such offerings even do not end up serving its purpose in today’s world.

An unidentified man has paid the sum of 42m naira (approx $133,000) to a church in Nigeria as tithe, a situation which has left all who heard about in some sort of shock.

The NKST Church High level in Makurdi, Benue State, received the anonymous offering via a deposit in the church’s account in January.
