Theresa May used the hand signal which is already frequently used by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and European Commission President, Jean-Claude Juncker while speaking on on July 11 at Westminster before her elevation to 10 Downing Street—and the theorists say, that’s it, she is deep in there too.
