Contrary to the views by the majority of Ghanaians that dancehall diva, Ebony Reigns was a bad influence on the youths due to her offensive style of dressing and on-stage performances, Minister of Communications and Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West, Ursula Owusu has showered some praises on Ebony Reigns for her short life well lived.
Hon Ursula Owusu at the one-week celebration of Ebony stated that the female dancehall diva used her talent “to the glory of her Maker”.

Manager of the late dancehall diva, Ebony has revealed that Ebony’s album will be released in 2018 to honour her.
Chief Executive Officer of RuffTown Records, Bullet speaking on stage at the St Martins De Porres school, Dansoman where Ebony’s one-week memorial celebration is taking place indicated that Ebony while alive released a couple of songs which will be compiled and released as her first album to honour her.

Late Ghanaian dancehall diva, Ebony Reigns who died in a fatal accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi highway will be buried on Saturday, March 17, 2018, according to the bereaved family.
The date for Ebony’s final funeral rite was announced at the St Martins De Porres school at Dansoman, Accra where her one-week celebration is currently taking place.
