OccupyGhana has been chasing government around for answers since the Smarttys rebranding deal that seemed fishy from the start, and after getting some documents, have began putting the pieces together.
According to the political pressure group, who received some of the documents pertaining to the saga following a court order, government first sought approval from the Public Procurement Agency (PPA) for the contract in July last year, months after Smarttys had already completed the rebranding.
