Sarah Kwablah Did Not Extort Money From Asamoah Gyan – CID Suggest So in Court

Richmond Ayayi, the interdicted CID who investigated the ongoing alleged extortion trial against 4 suspects; Osarfo Anthony, Chris Handler, Sarah Kwablah, and Ekow Micah, has told the court that after his investigation, he was not aware Sarah Kwablah, the lady Asamoah Gyan allegedly raped and sodomized, extorted money from the Black Star captain.

Vindicating Testimony On Osarfo

On last week’s hearing, the CID vindicated the first accused, Osarfo Anthony, by telling the court that Osarfo did not contact Asamoah Gyan to threaten or demand any money from Gyan – though earlier reports on the case spread that false impression about the respected Entertainment Writer.

The CID told the court that one Nii Armah Armateifio, who works with 3 FM at TV 3, first contacted Osarfo and the idea was “to convince Osarfo with money from Asamoah Gyan to stop publication on the rape and sodomy allegations in the interest of Gyan” – – Lawyer Ampaw made this revelation to the shock of all in court on Thursday, 18th August, 2016.

To think that a lawyer would say this about his own clients is a little absurd—but for those who know Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, this is not much of a big deal to him. His methods are strange.
Mauraice Ampaw, currently representing Sarah Kwablah, the 22 year old university student who alleged that Asmaoah Gyan raped and sodomized her has stated on Happy Fm that, Gyan is being paid for his evil deeds.
The lawyer stated among other things that Asamoah Gyan’s latest injury was caused by the prayers of Sarah Kwablah and her mother.

An Accra High Court issued a writ of summons to Black Stars’ striker and Captain Asamoah Gyan to appear before the court of law.
Following up on the story, GhanaCelebrities.Com has gathered that the bailiff has not yet served Gyan the writ – which clearly states that, the court has given Asamoah Gyan an eight (8) day ultimatum after service of the writ to file an appearance or else face judgment in his absence.
Lawyer Maurice Ampaw filed the law suit – number GJ/26/2016 against Asamoah Gyan for having undignified sexual relations with the plaintiff, Sarah Kwablah, a 22-year University student.
Lawyer Ampaw is praying the court for the following reliefs;
a. A declaration that defendant (Asamoah Gyan) on the 13th day of February, 2015 did have natural and unnatural sex with plaintiff (Sarah Kwablah) without her consent.
b. A declaration that defendant has violated her dignity as a woman by having anal sex with plaintiff without her consent.

Daily Guide Sued 6 Billion Old Cedis Over Asamoah Gyan-Sarah Kwablah Sx Tpe Story

A few weeks ago, NewOne which is part of DailyGuide published a story which stated among other things that, a 22-year-old University student-Sarah Kwablah had threatened to make public a video of Ghanaian footballer-Asamoah Gyan banging her hard…

And not only that, she also stated that she was pregnant for the footballer—as a result, Asamoah Gyan should get her a neatly furnished apartment, a housemaid and a monthly stipend of $1,000.

However, DailyGuide wrongly used a photo of a different Sarah Kwablag which we are told they found on facebook—and the lawyer of this facebook Sarah Kwablah has sued the news paper for GH¢6 Billion in damages.

According to a report by DailyGuide; “Samson Lardy Ayenini, a lawyer and host of News File on Joy FM, who filed the writ, is demanding an amount of GH¢600,000.00 (six billion old cedis) as damages for the publication of a photograph of his client, Sarah Kwablah, in Daily Guide.

Mr Ayenini’s writ referred to a News One report in June which said a university student, Sarah Kwablah, had threatened to make public what she described as a secretly recorded video of the sexual intercourse she had with Black Stars Captain Asamoah Gyan.
