Doom prophets also enjoy life. You would think always getting alleged messages of doom all the time from God would make them too cynical to enjoy life but that’s not the case.
Apparently, they wake up and tell everyone else they are about to die whilst they themselves continue enjoying the best of life.
January is almost over and thus the window for ‘New Year’ prophecies is over but prophets are certainly not done with worrying us with their doom prophecies, you can be sure of that.
The way doom prophecies have become so popular in Ghana, we should be scared because if they all come true then there would be no popular person left in the country.
God must really have been too confused due to the incessant number of prayers and supplications landing on his lap this festive season because he told two of his best pals two different things concerning the fate of the Black Stars at the 2019 edition of the African Cup of Nations.
As to why God is even telling prophets about a football tournament we’ll never know, but two of Ghana’s ‘doom’ prophets have now given directly contradictory prophesies regarding who wins the 2019 Afcon.
On Wednesday we reported of an ominous prophecy by the preacher Reindolph Oduro Gyebi, aka the Eagle Prophet, pertaining to an accident supposed to happen near the Accra Mall.
According to the Eagle Prophet, a fuel tanker was going to crash on Thursday around noon, catch fire and spread to the shopping mall, killing many who would be around at that time.
The doom prophecy to end all doom prophecies has arrived from Prophet Reindolph Oduro Gyebi, aka the Eagle Prophet.
As we know, giving out these ‘doom’ prophecies has become the norm these days, particularly talking about celebrities who are set to die.
This is the kind of bullsh*t you invite when you have a country where everyone places premium on ‘spiritual’ revelations and ‘prophecy’ and things that are in no other way verifiable.
In such an environment, lunacy such as this claim from Eagle Prophet is then seriously considered by a large part of the populace because they hold belief in some revelations, no matter how absurd they sound.
It is almost the end of the year and as usual, these self-acclaimed ‘men of God’ in Ghana would be causing fear and panic to the general public with their doom prophesies. Their prophecies have always been deaths and disasters over the years. Surprisingly, most Ghanaians believe these prophesies even though not proven.
The leader and general overseer of God’s Crown Chapel have prophesied deaths to hit the Ghana entertainment industry during this festive season.
Remember this prophet? Ghana’s very own T.B Joshua? Prophet Reindolph Oduro Gyebi, who rose to prominence after a video of his surfaced following the Kintampo Waterfalls incident showing him ‘prophesying’ the accident.
Since then he’s claimed a couple more accidents on his plate and now, he’s struck again.
