CHRIS-VINCENT Writes: The Worst X-Factor Finals Ever | It Will Be Unfair & Disastrous If ‘Reggie & Bollie’ Wins X-Factor

This year’s X-Factor has been rated the worst ever and unsurprisingly, we’ve come to the worst ever finals—with 3 musically unstable contestants battling each other to confuse viewers as to who to vote for.

The X-Factor finals (part one) which will take place tomorrow would best be described as a battle of 3 finalists, each with strong musical flaws—and as such, UK viewers would be compelled to vote to pick the two less worst finalists to make it to Sunday’s finals (part two).

While most Ghanaians are hopeful and perhaps are even praying for ‘Reggie n Bollie’ to win the 2015 X-Factor simply because they are their countrymen—the truth is, ‘Reggie n Bollie’ stands for everything X-Factor rejects.

Therefore, winning X-Factor will besmirch the long standing reputation of the reality TV show.

First of all, how ‘Reggie n Bollie’ got to the finals remains shocking to many of the show’s esteemed critics—because, they are not X-Factor materials and reasonably, by the second week, they should have been kicked out.

But then, they are here—so if you believe in God and miracles, this is the time to note a derailed happening and label it as a miracle.

X-Factor is a singing competition: and all the winners we’ve seen since 2004 confirm this well established principle of the show. Obviously, the show takes into consideration stage performance, personality and other factors but these are auxiliary to the core tenet: a winner must be able to SING.

And ‘Reggie n Bollie’ cannot sing—they’ve managed to metaphorically and literally jump from their audition, right throughout the show to the finals.
