Frankly I’m not quite sure how to react to this one.
On the one hand, it is foolhardy to donate money to politicians when for the most part you do not have a place to lay your head. But on the other, there is a sort of nobility in being so prepared to fight for what you believe in.

Unknown Group Of Assailants Ransack NPP Headquarters

Whilst the NDC did their best this weekend to claim Ghana’s ‘most internally unstable party’ title from NPP, the opposition party just would not even wait 24 hours to claim it back.
The Asylum Down headquarters of the party was torn apart Sunday evening/Monday dawn by an unknown group- although local media speculation places it firmly at the feet of Paul Afoko loyalists.
NPP’s National Council Upholds Decision To Suspend Paul Afoko

It might seem that the NPP is seconds away from catching fire- but the party is not ready to relent on the presence of Paul Afoko in the party.
The party’s national Chairman was suspended by the National Executive Committee a fortnight ago, for supposedly having mixed loyalties. The aftermath of that decision has been a series of one fracas after another- culminating in the unfortunate stabbing of a party member at Asawase in Kumasi last week.

Miss Malaika Girl Picks NPP’s Akufo-Addo As Sharon Wins The Crown

Nineteen year old Rosemary Anima Awuku wasn’t favourite to win the Miss Malaika@10 crown but noticeably she managed to prove and made her way into the final 5.
To the patrons who witnessed the grand finale at the Conference Centre last Saturday, Anima as she was called throughout the event merited a place at the top or final 3 positions; the winner, the first or second runner ups.
However, the final round of questions which she answered well and would have gotten an excellent from any WAEC organised exams saw her crashing and missing a place in the last 3.
She was not only concise in answering the question; she was smart in her delivery as well and wooed the patrons who cheered her on with deafening applauds intermittently.
Barely a month after Alexandra Ayirebi-Acquah who lost the Miss Malaika 2011 crown to Gerry Partington in controversial circumstances endorsed the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) and propagated the party’s ‘Better Ghana Agenda’ during its manifesto launch, Anima, a finalist in the 10th anniversary edition has also endorsed the New Patriotic Party’s Candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo and his free education policy.
Now in the final round with Sadia, Anima, Regina, Ama and eventual winner Sharon. On her turn to answer her final question which was a make or break moment, she picked a question which was very unusual of questions asked at beauty pageants.
