This normally happens because these artistes lacked strategies and plans needed to keep themselves up in the Entertainment industry.
The last time Ghanaian flopped rapper, Nana Boro was in the news was when social media trolled him for appearing at John Dumelo’s marriage ceremony with his highly bleached skin.
The musician after his comeback from his 10 years of musical hibernation tried all his best but couldn’t resurrect his dead music career.
Nana Boro was dragged out of his hiding place this afternoon by Peace Fm to answer certain relevant questions in relation to the many reports that he faked his death or threw out a fatal accident story as part of a publicity stunt…
Speaking in low voice from the United States, Nana Boro discredited rumours of having been involved in any fatal accident, saying, he does not know any Gloria (a girlfriend) who was initially reported as having confirmed the accident to media outlets in Ghana.
For some days now, several media outlets in Ghana have reported that the onetime hit musician-Nana Boro has been involved in a fatal accident in USA, where he has been staying for the past 6 months…
Some of the reports went as far to say, Nana Boro is dead and social media users sent in numerous get well wishes and RIP comments, following these stories.
After placing calls to several industry people who are well connected with Nana Boro and having spoken to a young man who claims to be his cousin, it has become obvious, that the Nana Boro fatal accident/dead story is as a result of publicity stunt gone wrong.
I believe if we [the media] are quick to shower praises on our celebrities if they win awards, when they launch their numerous foundations to donate to charities and other positive things they get involved in. I believe it is with the same manner, we need to criticize them dispassionately when they go wrong.
Humans are not perfect, yes we are all fallible but why should a ‘known’ person dress indecently to an outdoor event? Is it to get more sympathy or attention from people? Whatever their reasons are amaze me. A ‘known’ person here is someone who the general public can make out.
The Ghana Movie Awards 2011 came off on Christmas Day at the Accra International Conference Centre. Before the awards, there were directives from the organisers cautioning nominees and the media about their dressing. Initially I was against the directives but now I should say that I share that idea though I don’t fully support it.
Generally, the directives made people dress well. However, this picture below of Nana Boroo’s dancer caught my eye. There is actually nothing funny about that picture. Through no fault of hers, she revealed her G-String to the gathering as she danced.
Aside her G-Strings, even her beads were showing, something MUSIGA will term as ‘costume malfunction’. I’m not too sure if she was aware of the G-String and beads showing which attracted Kumasi based actor cum Kwaku Manu. The look on his face tells it all.

Actress Khareema Aguiar has revealed exclusively to GhanaCelebrities.Com that she has plans of building a home for the senior citizen [old aged] in Ghana soon.
Last year the actress celebrated her 25th birthday senior citizens being taken care of by HelpAge Ghana.
GhanaCelebrities.Com met the actress who shot into fame with a leading her role in the television series ‘All That Glitters’ and asked the obvious question: Is she going to celebrate another birthday with them this year?
“I have a foundation for the aged, so I normally do things like that for them but my long term plan for them is to build a day home for them.” She said stressing that “When I talked about aged people, I don’t mean well to do aged people; I mean the old aged whose kids have abandoned them and calling them all sorts of names. I think retirement should also be made fun for them.”
