Musician Efya is a Ghanaian singer and performer. She was the best female vocalist of the year at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards for four consecutive times and that is unprecedented.
Efya was born Jane Fara Fuzzier Afia Boafowaa Yahaya Awindor but performs with just Efya. Her mother is the famous Nana Adwoa Awindor who used to host one of the most popular television shows to have ever hit the Ghanaian screens, “Greetings From Abroad”. Efya uses to be one half of a group called Irene and Jane after she participated in the “Stars of The Future Reality Show”.
