The chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Charlotte Osei, says it is virtually impossible for her to single-handedly rig the elections for President Mahama as she has been accused of planning to do.
Mrs Osei, speaking to Paul Adom Otchere on Good Evening Ghana, said that such an undertaking would require the co-operation of a massive number of people involved at all levels of the electoral process, something she deems nigh impossible.
