Dancehall act Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, trade name MzVee, has landed in the United States of America where she’s slated to participate in the 2016 BET awards show.
MzVee was nominated for one award, the Best Internatiional Act – Africa, category – a nomination that turned heads back in her homeland.
Rap doctor Okyeame Kwame has congratulated dancehall artiste MzVee for making history.
MzVee has been nominated as one of eight artistes for the upcoming BET Awards, in the Best International Act Africa Category.
Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, who rose to fame as dancehall artiste MzVee, has notched another feather in her cap, after she landed a nomination for the 2016 BET awards.
MzVee was named one of the nominees in the Best International Act Africa category, joining Sarkodie and Stonebwoy in the elite group of Ghanaian artists who have ever landed the honour.
Ghanaian afropop, dancehall and R&B artiste Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda popularly known as Mzvee says the type of songs that she does has been limited to only dancehall—but according to her she is versatile when it comes to genres.
Mzvee revealed that she has gospel songs on her album—and she believes she is being tagged as a dancehall artiste because dancehall songs dominate on her list of songs.

The catch with multiple dating is, mostly these men are unaware that the woman is dating or seeing other men at the same time she is seeing them. So in some sense, this is unfair, especially to the men.
Some women claim they inform the men that they are seeing other men too—so they can decide at the end of the dating race who is best for them. This does not only sound weird to me but I am also yet to meet a man without ego who will easily accept such an arrangement; that a woman he is seriously looking to make his can go on dates with other men.

More than a dozen mainstream artistes have performed at the launch of Kasapa 102.3 FM.
Gasmilla, Keche, Kontihene, Dadie Opanka, MzVee, Kofi Nti, Gallaxy, Mzbel, Adane Best, Choirmaster, Nero X, Dobble and a host others Friday played a night’s only concert to the satisfaction of the thousands of patrons.
The concert, which crowned the station’s two-day mega launch was to officially open the doors to its commercial operations.

The 5th edition of Ghana meets Naija came off on May 23, 2015. The annual event which is powered by Empire Entertainment attracted several Ghanaians and Nigerians, as well as other foreigners to the Accra International Conference Center where the event took place.
