The 2016 MTV Movie Awards comes off on the 10th of April at the Warner Bros studios in Burbank, California.
The nomination list shows a huge leaning towards the new Star Wars movie, which picked up eleven nominations.
The now annual MTV Movie awards took place last night in Los Angeles, as the global network awarded the best in film for the past year.
It was a plush ceremony, with the most memorable moment being when Van Diesel sang the Paul Walker tribute song ‘See You Again’.
The awards themselves saw ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ emerging as the movie of the year. Robert Downey Jnr got awarded for his contributions to the industry when presented with the MTV Generation Award, whilst Kevin Hart took home the MTV Comedic Genius Award.
