Kumawood movie icon Kwadwo Nkansah known famously in showbizness circles as lil Win has disclosed that had he not ventured into acting, he still would be working in the mortuary as a “mortuary man”.
According to the actor cum musician, he used to carry mortal remains on his head at a time when there were practically no means of transportation in a village called Kam 19.
