What could possible be the justification for this mob’s action—and the thing is, they would sincerely believe what they did was RIGHT in the sight of God. Of course, religion makes this possible and yet, some say we should not condemn religion or such things which have become widespread of religion.
The owner of a book burnt by another would be upset but reasonably, the person will not kill the one who did the burning—yet because the Koran is deemed Holy, someone who burns one MUST be killed.
A Koran can be re-printed even if burnt and a killed human being cannot be re-printed so why should anyone even consider hurting another let alone killing another for destroying a book?
