Whilst still reeling from the Ghc 610m Capital Bank corruption scandal Ghana might soon have to deal with yet another case of ‘sika die’basaa’.
According to the Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC), about Ghc 400m of oil revenue allocated to be spent cannot be accounted for by the Ministry of Finance.

Government Clears Picketing Allied Nurses To Be Employed
About 200 bonded allied health nurses who have suffered the fate of unemployment for close to two years and resulted in series of picketing at the Ministry Of Health premises have been financially cleared to be employed.
This comes after the group threatened to extend their picketing from the ministry to the flagstaff house.

The Minority in Parliament have been alleging wrongdoing on the part of Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta, in the recent issuance of a $2.5bn domestic bond issued by the Government of Ghana and purchased by the Franklin Templeton (FT) group.
One of the FT directors has ties to the finance minister, and that, the Minority claims, raises issues over conflict of interest.
