The collapse of Capital Bank and it’s waste of taxpayer resources is set to be adjudicated in court after two plaintiffs sued the shareholders of the bank.
Dr Mensa Otabil, ICGC and 13 other shareholders of the now defunct bank are being sued for their role in its collapse and the subsequent waste of taxpayer funds meant to get the bank back on its feet.

Actress Martha Ankomah has commented to the Mensa Otabil-Capital Bank saga and unfortunately she seems to be towing the line of the good religious Christian who is not allowed to raise any questions.
According to her, Otabil has been a good pastor and a ‘man of integrity’ and therefore she doesn’t see how he could have done what he’s accused of.
The breed of preachers we have these days are self obsessed men who think everything in the world revolves around them and continue to believe that because their gullible congregations treat them exactly like that.
For instance, Mensa Otabil knows how brainwashed his congregation is thus when he got into trouble he just stood in front of them and told them to answer all critiques with ‘God is Good’ and that’s it — everyone cheered him on as if he had just discovered calculus.
