Will Smith Admits Couple Therapy Saved His Marriage With Jada Pinkett

19 years of marriage and they still fall in love with each other everyday did not come with a snap of the finger. Several rumours of this couple’s supposed divorce made headlines but evidently neither became a passing reality as the couple is still happily married.
Actor Will Smith, 47 and his wife, actress Jada Pinkett Smith, 44 have been married for 19 years now and are parents to stars-Jaden and Willow Smith and in a new interview the actor has admitted their marriage was saved by couple therapy. He said :

6-Year-Old Girl In Afghanistan Is Forced To Marry A 55-Year-Old Man In Exchange For A Goat

A poor innocent 6 years old girl has been practically sent in the preying mouth of the beast all in the name of marriage. An Afghan family who thought they have had enough of hunger decided to barter their daughter to a an ageing 55 years old man for a goat, rice, tea, sugar and cooking oil—Yes goat as in an animal goat.
A 6-year-old Afghani girl known as Gharibgol was sold into marriage after her father allegedly exchanged her for those items. A concerned relative however raised the alarm about the wedding which led to the arrest of the groom, Seyed Abdolkarim and the girl’s father.

We brought you part one of this list a while back and honestly I have been quietly lurking in the dark hoping and praying I won’t ever have to return to this list. It’s a political season and it seems most of our so-called celebrities are more interested in the political landscape than getting their sh$t together. This list came about when we were compiling our list of Ghanaian female celebrities who are going the distance in their marriage, and we found out most of our celebrities are single.
Like we stated in the previous article, we are honestly tired of their singleness and asked you to do a quick check of their Nigerian counterparts sine we love to compare ourselves to them. Majority of them are MARRIED.
Today we bring you the second part of a dozen Ghanaian female celebrities who we are begging and pleading with to get married.

Weekly Discussions, Let’s Get Talking: Bang Before Marriage, A Moral Concept or Just A Matter Of Individual Choice…

This morning, I was in the midst of 3 guys and after lengthy discussions on the state of affairs in Libya, we proceeded to look at the riots in Nigeria and then who might win Ghana’s next elections.

Before I know, these guys were talking about “Bang Before Marriage”. The very fact that I was the only female in the midst of 3 guys coupled with how uncomfortable I was with this topic being discussed loudly early hours of the morning made me go silent.

How long can a sister be mute for as these guys poured down their diabolical views in relation to women who go by the “doctrine” of until we are married, you aint getting me in your bed. I jumped in and these guys would not agree with me on any of the points I made in favour of waiting till the day of marriage.

What I gathered from this morning’s conversation to a larger extent indicates that majority of guys would opt for a “bang before marriage” while most women if they can get it their way would go for abstinence until marriage. I wonder why this trend though!

The above prompted my mind as the position of this doctrine of “No bang before marriage”, Is it a moral concept which if adhered to indicates some sort of good upbringing and adherence to morals or is it another field of individuals choice on what to do with their lives?
