Few year’s ago-Leila Djansi stated categorically that she was tired of the useless Ghanaian movie industry and was not going to make any more movies in Ghana…

In fact, she disappeared—only for some few months and came back again. She is a Ghanaian and has the right to go and come, do business in Ghana including making films like others do.

But what is the point of her constant display of hypocrisy? At the beginning, some of us thought she was expressing genuine concerns about the state of the Ghanaian movie industry but her utterances suggest otherwise.

Today, she took to her facebook to say; her biggest regret is investing/making films in Ghana—something she said some years back. And yet, came back to invest more…

Whatever it is, we think Leila has to take the chill pill and learn to shut up sometimes—since the industry will survive without or without her.
