Veteran Ghanaian broadcaster Kafui Dey has some truth to spit out about the usefulness of a graduate degree in the current Ghanaian job market.

Dey, in a speech delivered at the 5th Edition of the What I Wish I Knew (WIWIK) Conference, told attendees that getting a first class degree in school has zero correlation with how well you do once you hit the job market in search of employment.
