35-year-old Tobias Strebel, a super-fan of Justin Bieber who had $100,000 worth of plastic surgery to look like him is reportedly missing.
Officials with the Los Angeles Police Department said he was last seen on 18 August in west Hollywood–and he may have been driving a Toyota Camry.
