One of the justices indicted in the recent corruption scandal of the Judiciary, Justice John Ajet Nassam, has been nowhere to be found the entirety of this week despite scheduled committee hearings.
The Judicial council has been trying very hard for the past few weeks to establish a case against all those corrupt judges captured on video by Anas selling justice in this country.
When news of the scandal broke, the 22 Circuit/magistrate court judges were suspended, but any action against the High Court judges was predicated on the investigations being carried out by the committee set up by the Chief Justice to determine if the case being brought against the judges had merit.
