The stench of incompetence reeks through every segment of Ghanaian society. Aside from corruption, that’s the second biggest problem we face and it makes our lives so much harder than it has to be.
It was only a few days ago that I complained on Facebook that the Ghana Police are useless in solving high profile murders and lo and behold, one person suffering from the immediate effects of their incompetence has spoken up.
