The President’s brother, Ibrahim Mahama, is at the centre of a political controversy engulfing the Ghana Armed Forces to the extent that the organisation have been forced to publicly declare an investigation is being launched into the conduct of some officers.
Ibrahim was spotted at a health walk he held over the weekend dubbed ‘Walk With Ibrahim’, and he was followed around by an armed escort in military fatigues, raising the question of why the President’s brother should be entitled to such a large scope of military protection.
