Gifty Osei has quite recently been in quite an uplifting mood. After she resurfaced from a short hiatus looking like a foreigner, with a new accent to boot, she confidently told Ghanaians to mind their own business and leave her alone.
However, it seems she’s gotten herself into some trouble and now she needs some sympathy from Ghanaians. Since we’re not monsters we’ll commiserate with her.

Sensational Ghanaian gospel singer, Gifty Osei has disclosed that she will be hosting a concert to thank God after recovering from an airline accident at the Kotoka International Airport in 2014.
The incident occurred when the Starbow aircraft she boarded from Kumasi to Accra made an emergency landing— leading to her getting injuries that required her using crutches for almost five months.

As April 14th 2012 draws near, it is interesting to note how the various nominees have shifted their campaign into top gear to ensure they walk away with hounours at the 13th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Festival.
Come this weekend, all roads lead to the twin city Sekondi-Takoradi where a select string of nominated artistes for the VGMAs will be rocking music lovers and their teeming fans in. The first stop is the Vienna City Nite Club on Friday 16th March in preparation for the outdoor jam the following day, Saturday 17th March 2012 at the Jubilee Park.
To mount the stage on the night will include Kwaw Kesse, Ruff n Smooth, DCryme, Selina Boateng and Stay Jay. Other artistes to thrill the audience on the night are Gifty Osei, Trigmatic, Raquel among a host of others exceptional performers.
