Weekly Discussion: Are Ghanaians Doing Politics Or Just Trading Insults & Disgracing One Another?

For now, I am not an enthusiast of African politics for reasons such as the overwhelming  insults political opponents send to the doors of each other every morning…Politics everywhere including the west is a dirty bastard game, but in Africa (especially Ghana), it comes with far stretching consequences such as unwarranted insults, contempt and cooked lies.

I have stopped listening to Ghanaian radio stations in the mornings. This is because I have enough hustle in my life to over come and I do not want to be boomed with childish and insulting talks all in the name of politics. If you have not listened to any of these political discussions, let me paint the picture for you…

Mr NDC says Mr NPP is a cocaine dealer who attained his millionaire status via peddling drugs. Mr NPP will get so pissed and insult Mr. NDC for his ‘false’ statement. Mr NPP will not stop there; he will extend the insult to the ancestors and even unborn children of Mr NDC. It will go as far as even catching the shirt of the sitting president.

Insults and mischievous propaganda has become the hallmark of Ghanaian politics. The funny aspect of all these is that, the ordinary Ghanaian sits at home hungry, with no better life or hope for a better future. After all, NDC and NPP are equally bad and ready to exploit the citizens.
