Ghanaa was shocked over the weekend as news broke out that an old member of the University of Ghana’s Commonwealth Hall, popularly known as the ‘Vandals’, had been stabbed to death.
The deceased, identified as ‘Chief Tipsy’, was stabbed following a long running argument with a colleague.
