Samsung have found themselves at the centre of yet another safety scandal after the company was forced to recall nearly 3m washing machines following massive complaints of explosions from users.
Over 2.8m washing machines have been recalled in the US, with a statement from the The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) noting that over 733 complaints of the top of the washing machines flying off during use have been recorded, leading to numerous injuries.

Ghana’s Civil Aviation Authority has announced a ban on the use of the combustible Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on all aircraft operating in Ghana.
The company announced a recall of all their issued global Galaxy Note 7 after there were reports the handsets were spontaneously exploding when being charged.
