Founder of the APC, Hassan Ayariga is not happy at the wake of news that Dr. Edward Mahama has been appointed ‘Roaming Ambassador’ by H.E Nana Addo. Particularly when the PNC flag bearer once rejected an offer to be a Running Mate in the year 2000 to Ex-President Kuffour.
According to Ayariga, the post offered Dr. Edward is a demotion to what he likened as an “errands boy” to the NPP government.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo delivered his 1st State Of The Nation Address today in an august ceremony graced by all high profile political protocols Ghana has but certainly without the immediate past President.

In Congo – Government Postponing Elections Because They’re Too Expensive

The government of Joseph Kabila’s Congo have announced that elections slated for next year might not come on because it’s simply too expensive for them to be able to foot the bill.

In a decision seen as a power grab by the Congoese leader, budget minister Pierre Kangudia Mbayi says the estimated $1.8bn needed to carry out all the activities associated with the elections would be difficult for the government to mobilise.
