The battle lines are being drawn in the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) race for the flagbearership slot.
Numerous big names in the party have made their names available to take the enviable slot, with former President Mahama head of the pack.
NDC activist Dela Coffie is in trouble with the courts as a judge has issued a bench warrant for his arrest, on charges of fraud.
An earlier warrant for his arrest has not been executed as the police have been unable to locate him for a while now.
The internal turmoil hitting the NDC right now is pretty typical of a party which painfully loses an election, as everyone blames everyone else but themselves for the painful loss.
So the bickering between Jerry Rawlings and Martin Amidu and everyone else is simply par for the course – although some of the side stories developing out it are simply hilarious.
