International Women’s Day falls on 8th March every year and this year’s was truly marked in Ghana, with several prominent women spending the day in the public eye to show how far any woman can go.
To mark the day, a special event was held, spearheaded by the first and second ladies of the land, to celebrate the landmark day.
Veteran Ghanaian gospel group The Daughters of Glorious Jesus have distanced themselves from a widely circulated whatsapp audio purportedly from one of them warning of the rapture.
The audio, which has gone viral on the messaging app, shared across groups, claims that one of the trio had a dream in which they had a message from God that the rapture is imminent, and that they have been instructed to share it as widely as possible.
