The pair have been renting a 16,000 estate in Holmby Hills, after trying in vain to get a place to buy. However, the mansion has been sold to someone else so they have 60 days to evacuate.

The ‘Run the World’ songstress was wearing a black sleeveless blouse which had the writings: ‘Never Forget To Say Thank You’ inscribed on. She matched the top with a severely ripped tight denim jeans.
Her hubby, Jay Z donned black T-shirt with the word, ‘Peace’ inscribed on, while matching it with a black trousers.
