The year has been GREAT for talented Ghanaian songstress-Becca, and she is looking forward to end the year with another electrifying performance at the National Theatre on 20th December, 2013 where she will headline her annual girls only concert-GIRLS TALK.
Before we talk about the success of the previous-GIRLS TALK Concerts, let’s look at why this year’s event is going to be far different and far better than all those held.
In July this year, Becca launched her second studio album-Time 4 Me in Accra and the packed event attracted legendary Ghanaian musicians-Kojo Antwi, Gyedu Blay Ambolley, George Darko and others—with a new album out there, Becca surely has a large repertoire of songs to perform from at this year’s Concert. And I mean, songs you’ve never seen her perform on any stage before…
Over the years, we’ve seen Becca build and perfect her stage craft. She has maintained a great performance standard as an artiste, performing at only the right places.
She has scored several great performances this year—including her outstanding performance in South Africa at Saitex Africa’s Big Seven Fair 2013 inside Gallagher Convention Center, the venue that once hosted Beyonce. Certainly, with 20th December GIRLS TALK Concert being her last performance of the year, she would want to end the year on a high musical note, beating her own incredible ‘year-through’ performance record.
