In a very well rehearsed proposal ceremony flanked by colleagues and well-wishers, the tough-talking presenter Captain Smart went on his knees to propose to a lady he describes as the ‘one of his heart’. The lady known as Akosua Dwamena was very happy and elated after she was proposed to.
