The daughter of former President Jerry Rawlings, Dr Zanetor Rawlings, has survived a challenge against her eligibility to stand as the party’s parliamentary candidate for Klottey Korle in the general elections in November.
In a ruling delivered Friday, the trial judge ruled that the suit, brought by four plaintiffs led by Joseph Botchway, lacked any merit to go forward.
