Ghanaian Champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko suffered a robbery attack last night at their Tadoma Hotel base in Achimota ahead of their clash with rivals Accra Hearts of Oak this afternoon.
According to a Club source, rooms of players and several officials were ransacked by the armed men. It added that some players were beaten in the process.
Ghana’s two most storied clubs, Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko are both in continental club championship action this weekend.
