The 5th edition of the annual Ghana Movie Awards is taking place tonight at the Accra International Conference Centre—and GhanaCelebrities.Com will be bringing you all the updates (photos and commentaries) as you watch it LIVE HERE…

The event which was supposed to start at 8pm has not really started and according to the TV3 which will be broadcasting the show live—broadcast will start at 11pm.

Ahead of the 2014 Ghana Movie Awards scheduled for 30^th December at the Accra International Conference Centre, the organizers have managed to pull in some of our favourite on-screen personalities for some HOT SHOTS—displaying the golden Ghana Movie Awards’ Statuette.

Jackie Appiah, Majid Michel, Yvonne Nelson, Nikki Samonas, Lil Win and others are seen ‘worshipping’ the plaques in the photos—and we are loving Lil Win.

The organizers of the prestigious annual Ghana Movie Awards have announced the nominees for this year’s award to be held on 30th December at the Accra International Conference Centre—and the BEST ACTRESS in a leading role category is war packed.

Strong contender-Jackie Appiah is surrounded by Joselyn Dumas, Yvonne Nelson, Ama K.Abebrse and Kafui Danku— and each is capable of winning the BEST ACTRESS in a leading role award.

For the men, John Dumelo, James Gardiner, Adjetey Anang, Majid Michel and Lil Win will be battling for the best actor award…

Shirley Frimpong-Manso’s ‘Potomanto’, ‘Devil in the Detail’ and ‘Love or Something Like That’ have received multiple nominations.
