Semblance of people is no new phenomenon, but among celebrities here in Ghana it is quite a novice. In the past we have seen semblances after the likes of Terry Bonchaka, but one celebrity whose semblance to an international star can never be denied is the Discovery of the Year nominee at the just ended Ghana Music Awards, OJ Blaq.
Weekly Discussion, Let’s Get Talking: Is It Ever Right For The Woman To Make The First Move?
How long can a woman keep waiting after given all apparent signals to a man and he does not make the move?
The idea that a woman can propose to a man brings out divisions anytime it comes up for discussion. To some group of people, it is never acceptable and sounds a bit “whorish & desperate” for a woman to make the first move.
Celebs Wedding: Help “Mrs Sulley Muntari” Menaye Donkor Choose Her Wedding Dress….
The wedding we are all waiting to see is almost here. I’d like to take a poll to see what dress Menaye Donkor could wear on her special day to become Mrs.Sulley Muntari.

Lets face it, if Ghana had a fitness modeling industry, Menaye would reign supreme making it easy for her to choose a ready to wear dress by Badgley Mischka, Atlier Aimee, Calvin Thoo, Margie Sottero, Pnina Tomai, Vera Wang; the list goes on.

Flash Back: Yes! Most of Celebs Bleach – So What?
Over the years I have grown accustomed to noticing a couple of actresses and I daresay some actors with what I call the three cardinal signs of bleaching; dark knuckles, dark brown spots on both cheeks and dark feet.
Nonetheless, in recent times this trend of bleaching among stars has steadily increased, and this of course has sparked some form of disapproval from some movie watchers.
However the question I would like it to ask here is; do they really deserve the criticism when it seems like the entertainment industry and our society idolize “whiteness or lightness?”

Who is a Celebrity?
Time and time again I have asked this question; who is a celebrity? I posed this same question to couple of people and well as expected I was given a variety of definitions. Nonetheless, the most interesting response was “a celebrity is a person who is in the limelight.”
This particular response got me thinking; when we say one is in the limelight do we mean the people who for various reasons have adorned the front pages of newspapers?
