After eight years in the Whitehouse, the Obamas are having a new private home for themselves in Washington DC, which the SUN estimated to cost  £4m.

The  762-square-metre property which is two miles away from the White House is located in Kalorama neighbourhood and has nine bedrooms, black-and-white marble checkerboard floor, a garden and more.
