President Kuffour Is A Liar- KOKA

Ghanaian event organizer who doubles as an entertainment critic, Kwaku Osei Korankye Asiedu, popularly known as KOKA has responded to former president Kuffour over claims that the leaders of the NPP had sidelined him.

In a viral video, the former president stated that even though he has done a lot for the New Patriotic Party, the party’s leaders seem not to appreciate his efforts.

Speaking during a recent interview, the former President lamented that “I don’t understand why my party, the NPP, has sidelined me”.

According to former president Kuffour, “I’ve been in this party all these years, and I became president for two terms from 2001 to 2008, but the system thinks it’s wise to ignore and sideline me”.

In his reaction, KOKA asked whether the former President was being serious and advised that Ghanaians should not take him seriously.

KOKA has stated categorically that there is no iota of truth in the former president’s claims that the NPP has sidelined him.

Speaking in a self-recorded video, KOKA stated that Bryan Acheampong’s motive behind shooting the video is to make the NPP party unpopular and to push the former President against the NPP Party.

He noted that during the Ablekuma North rerun election, Bryan Acheampong was nowhere to be found nor did he support Hon. Akua Afriyie, however, he is acting as though nobody is supporting him.

“So, you see what I have been saying? There is a video going round where former president Kuffour is acting as if he knows nothing about the national delegate conference as well as anything that goes on in the party”, KOKA said.

The NPP sympathizer went on to add that “They are all lies. So, Bryan Acheampong visited former president Kuffour and told him that he wanted to contest for the NPP flagbearership His production team filmed everything and now the video is out. We have gone to Ablekuma North and we know the people who went and supported Akua Afriyie to compete in Ewurabena Aubynn. Today, Bryan Acheampong and his team has shot and edited videos and posted them, trying to tarnish the image of the former president Kuffour”.

KOKA alleged that Bryan Acheampong “is trying to push former president Kuffour against the NPP party”, adding that “it is wrong. Hon. Dr. Bryan Acheampong, you owe JA Kuffour an apology. You owe the party an apology. And the one who released the video should come out to make things clear and exclude themselves from unnecessary drama”.
