Big Akwes Does Not Have Sense- Jackson K Bentum

Kumawood movie director and producer, director Jackson K Bentum has fired a shot at actor Big Akwes.

The father of Yaa Jackson’s comment came after Big Akwes in a self recorded video said that he did not understand why Lilwin always was the protagonist in his movies.

Big Akwes claims unlike other producers, Lilwin is always seen in almost every scene in the movies he produces.

He advised the actor to put an end to such act, stating that being the producer does not necessarily mean that he is the monopoly of knowledge and can do everything.

“One movie you are producing every time and every day you are playing the leading role. Just watch all the movies he has produced and you will bear me out that he is always taking leading roles. He is always seen in every scene too. Ah”, Big Akwes said.

In his reaction, Director Jackson K Bentum said that Big Akwes does not have any sense, adding that anyone who agrees with what Big Akwes said equally does not have sense.

Director Jackson Bentum speaking in an interview said that Lilwin does not ask him to give him leading roles, but rather, he gives him roles that fit him.

The movie producer shared how he used numerous characters such as Kyeiwaa, Wayoosi, Ellen White, and many others when they had not shot movie before.

“You don’t do what you want. You don’t just come here and do whatever you want. So anyone who speaks that way has little knowledge about acting. Anyone who says that, sorry to use this word, has no sense”, he said.

“Nobody comes from their house to come and just act. That is why we say a film by John Wood. A film by Jackson K Bentum. That simply tells that I do everything about the movie. I will tell the character to do this or that. So, it is not like any character just comes from their house to do anything at all. Many characters had not been in movies before I used them. When I was using Kyeiwaa, she had not shot before. The same applies to Wayoosi and Ellen White. It is the director that creates and not the character”, Director Jackson revealed.
