What Can You Offer Me When Your Mother Sleeps in the Streets? Kwadwo Sheldon Drags Shatta Wale’s Offer to Help After His Home Flooded

Social media loudmouths, Kwadwo Sheldon and Shatta Wale, are engaged in a back-and-forth banter on their favourite platform, X (formerly Twitter), after Wale offered to help Sheldon in dealing with the recent flooding of his apartment.

Shatta Wale’s offer of help did not sit well with the content creator, who fired back with insults and sparked a new war between the two, who have been beefing for years.

Recall that Kwadwo Sheldon made headlines over the weekend after announcing his estate’s complete flooding. Sheldon shared videos showing him coming home to water completely taken over the affluent neighbourhood, with homes, cars, trees, and many other things partially submerged.

Sheldon’s post triggered offers of help from numerous social media users, including Ghana’s self-proclaimed dancehall king, Shatta Wale.

Wale, who has a history of beef with Sheldon, offered to put things aside and help him out. He shared on X: “This is serious…Sorry brother, let me know if you need some help. So sorry Chale,”

Shatta Wale’s offer for help did not sit well with Sheldon, who felt he was being insincere or perhaps mocking his situation, and went ballistic against Wale.

He recalled that Shatta Wale’s own mother, Madam Else Avemegah, had begged Ghanaians for help to find a place to stay as her son had abandoned her. Sheldon wondered how someone who could not take care of his own mother would offer to take care of his enemy.

“Ebe me you de come show fake love? Wabodam!” Sheldon went haywire on Shatta Wale. “We dey here wey your old girl come dey chat say she no get place sleep but you dey want to help who? GTFOH?

Sheldon’s rant also triggered Wale, who fired back with his own myriad of insults. “Ohianiii stubborn proud. You go rent for water top weh u deh talk with pride like that eee,”

The two personalities then went back and forth on each other, raining insults in both directions and delivering premium entertainment to social media users.
