Dr. UN claims even on the night of his awards, he was still battling a kidney disease but tried his best to hold the event regardless.
“It was diabetes. I also have a kidney. Even when I was holding the awards night, I was battling a kidney disease. I want to go and do the transplant. I didn’t do dialysis because it is stones”, Dr. UN said.
Dr. UN recounted how following his viral video, someone offered to help him but he rejected the help, stating “When I was in the hospital, I rejected financial support from someone who wanted to support me because of an utterance he made about me with regards to how I live my life”.
Dr. UN cautioned that, anytime someone sees him begging for money, he is speaking to some groups of people, and not just anyone at all.
Dr. UN shockingly disclosed that there is no way he would beg money from the poor, hence; the poor shouldn’t try to come to his aid even when they see him dying.
He stated categorically that the video he did, begging people for financial support was targetted at the rich, naming Asantehene Otumfour Osei Tutu, the speaker of parliament among other wealthy personalities in Ghana.
Dr. UN noted that the aforementioned people are people he has a good rapport with, and people that send him to do things for them, so, whenever a video of him begging for money is seen across social media platforms, it is targetted at such people.
“I went to talk about it on Sika FM that if you hear or see Dr. UN begging, I am talking to Otumfour likes, i am talking to Ga Mantse, i am talking to speaker of parliament. The people that when it becomes critical, they send me to do things on their behalf”, he said.
