Sammy Gyamfi Risked His Life for NDC to Come to Power; He Should Not Be Punished – Prophet Nigel Gaisie

Ghanaian man of God, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has jumped to the defence of National Democratic Congress (NDC) politician Sammy Gyamfi over his trending dollar-sharing saga.

In a post shared on his Facebook page, Prophet Gaisie, who is the founder and leader of the Prophetic Hill Church, said Sammy Gyamfi fought hard and at times risked his life to bring the NDC to power; therefore, he does not deserve to be punished for a slight mistake.

“God is with Sammy Gyamfi, his good deeds and hard working (sic) is evident for all to see,” Nigel Gaisie said. “For the past nine years, he worked closely in deep and super deep waters, even some times to the risk of his life at midnight with some of us, just so NDC COMES INTO POWER.”

He added: “The internal hatred among the NDC is CRAZY…. May God protect his own among them.”

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod), Sammy Gyamfi, is under fire after being spotted gifting controversial Evangelist, Nana Agradaa, hundreds of dollars after a chance meeting between the two.

Gyamfi’s conduct has been criticised for being contrary to the government’s ethical code of conduct for appointees and has led to calls for his removal.

Amidst these calls, the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, summoned the Goldbod CEO to the Jubilee House for a meeting.

Reacting to these developments, Prophet Gaisie said the NDC must learn from the NPP, who protect its appointees no matter what wrongdoing they engage in. He called out the NDC for always being too eager to serve up their appointees to be disciplined.

“The difference between N.P.P. and N.D.C is that….N.p.p.protects their own regardless of the offense or the situation at hand whiles N.d.c.fights theirs openly with all their blood as tho they didn’t suffer before they had POWER,” Gaisie added.
