Entrepreneur, Baba Sadiq has expressed optimism about King Promise emerging as the artiste of the year in the TGMA.
Baba Sadiq has said that he believes last year was not King Promise’s time to win the award, but this year, it is his time.
Taking to his official Facebook page, the policitian posted a picture of King Promise and captioned it that the musician is his Artiste of the year.
He congratulated the musician in advance, stating that he had already won the award.
Baba Sadiq captioned his post “It’s your time King Promise. Let’s bring the crown home tonight! My AOTY. Congrats in advance”.
The popular “Artiste Of The Year” category has become so competitive that for sometime now, almost everyone talks about.
Among the numerous musicians in the Artiste of the year category, Ghanaians believe Stonebwoy, King Paluta, and King Promise deserve it the better.

On her part, Vida Adutwumwaa, and Sally Mann, who are the PR of dancehall enigma, Stonebwoy believe that Stonebwoy is the best among the aforementioned trio.
The duo think Stonebwoy, who was proclaimed the Artiste of the year in the last TGMA has worked extremely harder that he still deserves it.
MC Portfolio, the PR for King Promise has also been moving from one radio or television station to the other, trumpeting the good works of King Paluta.
MC Portfolio claims if works are to be considered, King Paluta should be proclaimed the Artiste of the Year. Anytime Portfolio speaks, he uses “Aseda”, “Makoma”, and “Popping” among other songs by King Paluta to buttress his assertion.

Tilly, the PR for King Promise has also said that no song can be compared to “Terminator”, among others, and when it comes to international shows among others, no musician in the category can be compared to King Promise.
