Since all the powerful men and women of God started as churchgoers, Sarkodie is optimistic that the upcoming musicians he sees today will one day be great musicians, hence, took time off his busy schedule to send a piece of advice to them.
Admitting that this era is a bit crazy, Sarkodie has advised that the upcoming musicians should hasten to be patient since the patient dog takes the fattest bone, but wealth hastily gotten dwindles.
Sarkodie took to his official X, formerly Twitter page to write to advise the upcoming musicians on how to become successful as musicians.
Taking to his official X page, the “Adonai” hitmaker wrote “Quick one: To all up and coming musicians… this era is a bit crazy because you feed off instant feedback to assess your career but that ain’t realistic and I know it is almost impossible to do otherwise but you have to try”.
He advised that the upcoming musicians should work extremely hard and shouldn’t let anything distract them from achieving their goals since there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
“Just keep your head under the water and keep going… Most importantly make sure you enjoy your art”, the versatile musician said.
Sarkodie believes that not every song a musician does will become popular or be liked by the majority of the people, so, the musicians shouldn’t be tickled should they see such and focus on producing more quality songs.
